From January to March 2014, Brand Touch conducted the Brand Touch Design challenge 2014 – a freestyle value innovation design competition open to projects designed by students worldwide. The competition theme, entry, awards, jury, copyright terms and evaluation criteria are fully transparent, based on innovation and unique vision, form and material, usability and human interaction, emotional experience and presentation, eco- and realization efficiency.
The Jury was composed of both Academic and Professional participants – design professor and faculty head of Technical University of Sofia, as well as Brand Touch CEO. The votes were weighted to determine the final result and after careful consideration, the jury selected 3 winners.
Prize winners were awarded with a job opportunity, creative tools – laptops and tablets, as well as TV/ digital media coverage to promote their success. The best concept designs for a family of airport interactive units were selected by a jury for further optimization and production.
Brand Touch has introduced high-end design and innovative technologies in the interactive digital signage field to its customers worldwide. Along with the Classics legacy of the past like our Expose kiosk, we look for the Amazing design of the future. Our aim is to support and hire the best design talent. We hope to kick-start a talents collaboration by giving them the tools to celebrate their pursuit of excellence and success in value innovation, matching them with real-world projects. The competition linked young designers to our production base, where ideas becomes reality.
